Urgent Account Verification Issue (Minor Profile)
I am a minor trying to verify my account with my parent's ID but customer support is not replying to my emails. I have been emailing for months to customer support.

After i installed the app and open it it just white screen appear to me

For context: my verification failed due to my phone number not matching with my id despite my id not containing my number in anyway.
I had emailed the support team countless times to fix my verification, more than 3 and they’re still unable to do anything about it. They keep telling me to do the same things over and over again and it’s really not worth it. I had also done what was told and more than 3 times and nothing.

The gift card system
Iv racked a bunch a point up and it isn’t letting me redeem iv done THR Id and the phone number all of it and it wont let me redeem it it’s just white I can’t click on it or anything Iv contacted support but it’s literally just ai over SND overs and over in stead of actually giving a result or sloving the problem it just say the stuff that could be it not helping or sloving

Good Resource with Diminishing Returns
The app is a great to learn about financial literacy and rewards you with the opportunity to redeem coins for gift cards. However, the rewards have gotten ridiculous to earn. Normally coins are or should I say were earned at 16 coins per question answered—sometimes even doubling to 32. However, this rate has recently decreased to a mere 8 coins per question. I feel that this is a horrible direction to take. 16 coins per question was a good rate. I understand that doubling the amount you earn is a temporary event, but decreasing to just half of the “normal” amount is, to be quite honest, is a worrying sign. That being said, I still plan to use this app as it’s taught me a lot about financial literacy.

Good app but I got a new sponsor and it’s saying I already redeemed the 4 gift cards which I never have. I reached out but never heard anything back.

No Mods left have to have $50 in points for next redemption
There’s no new mods under the Altra section and it won’t allow you to switch to another. I’ve collected a 5,10,15,20,and 25 dollar gift cards from this app. Now my next increment is the $50 gift cards. It no longer allows me to review my previously completed mods for points and I can only get about 0.10-0.15 cents per day from the daily trivia.

These people are scam artists I redeemed a kid over gift card my last one out of eight gift cards you can claim they said we sent it to you previously I said no this was a new one don’t waste your time they will just not give your card you fairly earned
app for learning finances
Good content. Short training modules. Good thought-out questions/quizzes.
App needs a little work. Training modules pages should allow left/right swipes, but they don’t, making it hard to complete them.

Great App
I’ve received multiple gift cards with this app so it is legit and has a lot of great learning opportunities. My only nitpick is that they can be a bit biased (their DEI modules are a bit ridiculous). Overall great app and I recommend it
Flawed
This is a great app for learning financial literacy. They are constantly coming out with new modules so you can always learn more. However, after receiving rewards 8 times they stop you from getting more. Even if you have enough pineapples to spend. This is frustrating and feels like a waste of time.

Amazing app!
This app is actually really amazing. I learn stuff they don’t teach in schools and I get motivated to do the modules because of rewards. This is a good way for kids and teens to learn how to finance. Honestly it may seem like a scam because there’s no way you actually would earn free gift cards but I tried it out multiple times and I love it. Right now I have 32,000 pineapples and I just love the quality of this app.

One of the best apps I ever used it has learning opportunities and u can earn gift cards (up to 40$) and it’s fun I love it I would highly recommend it THANK YOU ZOGO!!!!
I have an idea
I really like this app, and I’m glad I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I downloaded this app and there were some complaints about a cost to use it. I think they removed that because I haven’t seen anything like that. I’ve only been at it for a couple of day and I already made almost 10$ which for just being quizzed is awesome. Anyway my idea is that Zogo should add a tab in the app where you search up a topic or chat with a bot or something similar that can explain a topic a little more in-depth and less confusing because I will say sometimes they explain something way too quickly and add a ton of terms, so it would be cool of you specifically were confused, you could get a bigger explanation on that.
