Can’t turn pages!!!
I have spent 20 minutes trying to read one page. The reader feature is the worst & there’s no ability to easily flip pages or scroll up & down page. Keeps toggling from 1 page to 10 pages further ahead. So frustrated wi this app. Using it to read the “free” version of an online course & am now considering just paying for the book so that I can actually read it.

Awful
Eternally grateful to Zola for the time travelers wife ebook and especially for the excerpt of the sequel, but it is the worst e-reader app ever. So buggy and it keeps moving back to the first chapter and I can't even read it right now!
Worst e-reader app ever
I've had exactly the same experience as the previous review. I used this app only because of exclusive access to the time travelers wife, which I've been unable to finish. The app either won't load because I can't login on a plane without Internet access. If I remember to login before getting on the plane, I spend half the flight trying to get back to where I was because the app seems to refuse to actually save bookmarks. Now with the latest update the book is stuck on the title page and won't go anywhere else. It's unbelievable how bad this app is at what should be the most basic functions for an e-reader. Find another way to read the time travelers wife, this app isn't worth the headaches.

Worst ebook app I've used
I appreciate the indie attempt to provide ebooks to readers and fair royalties to authors. However, this app makes it so hard to read books. It is a pain to flip pages, really hard to bookmark, and difficult to return to your spot once you close and reopen the app. The only reason I downloaded it was their exclusive offering of The Time Traveler's Wife. Now it has stopped working entirely with the latest update.

I hate this app and vendor
I only downloaded because Audrey offers The Time-Travellers Wife through this venue. My torturous attempt at buying that book was so painful that I now actively hate both the author and this book seller.
Ok, but...
I have only used this app for one book (The Time Traveler's Wife), which is the main reason I downloaded it. It works fine while I'm reading, but it doesn't remember my place. I have tried bookmarks, but they don't seem to work either. I'm using it on an iPhone 6 and on my older iPad, and I have the same problem with both. I am used to iBooks, which keeps me synced across devices. For an ebook reader, this is a pretty important feature that needs to work.

I purchased The Time Traveler Wife for my kindle and my

This app crashes as soon as you open it! I don't know how to get to the books I downloaded!
I hate this app
I was tricked into buying a book that the website showed as being available in epub. Now, I am forced to read without even the most basic of options - most annoying is that the only format is portrait mode with the page filling the entire screen making it hard to scan the text. I wish I could give it negative stars.

I want a refund
I started using Zola because they had a discount on The Goldfinch, but now when I try to open the book to read, the app freezes interminably. I have restarted the device, the app, and checked my wifi - no luck. It's also extremely irritating that I have to re-download a book if the app gets updated. I want my money back for that one book I purchased...

Stopped working in the middle of a book
I tried rebooting the device. I tried uninstall-reinstall but it won't reinstall. There is no tech support number which is just rude, IMHO. I'm going back to Kindle that actually works.
Needs access to a dictionary
Not sure why other reviews say there isn't a bookmark feature--there is. But if there's a dictionary, they hide it well. Functions such as adjusting brightness aren't exactly intuitive either. I like supporting this company but the app needs some work.
Works ok
This is bare bones: no notes, no bookmarks, no dictionary/Wikipedia access for unknown words or concepts.
One thing that needs to get fixed ASAP, is that it never allows the iPad to enter sleep mode. So when I use this app in bed at night, woe if I fall asleep while reading. In the morning I will have a battery-depleted device, and thanks to random touches in the night, the book will have odd highlighting and be on a random page.

For the iPhone you can’t buy books on it, its terrible. Sorry not sorry
Disappointed
I never review apps but this one is so frustrating! I can't think of one positive thing to say and agree with all the previous negative reviews. If the issues aren't resolved before I finish this book I will delete it for good.
Terrible
This is a terrible app. This app does not hold your place in your book, whenever you open the app it goes back to the first page. The scroll bar at the bottom, which would allow you to find your page easily, also does not work. The app does not allow you to rotate the screen. When you dim the backlight in the app it also dims your screen when you close the app. I am unfortunately stuck using this app because they have exclusive rights to certain content, but it is a poor app.

Garbage app
This app simply does not work. Every time I close the app on my iPad, it reverts to page one of the book I'm trying to read. The scroll bar doesn't work, the bookmarks don't work. What a disgraceful piece of junk. I will finish the book I'm reading, then delete this infuriating app forever.
