I was really looking forward to purchasing clothing from this company and spent quite a bit of time finding the right items and sizes with my daughter. We kept receiving coupon codes as we shopped. None of them worked. Not one. Their chat does not work on desktop or app and they do not respond to emails. The whole experience feels like a scam. We shopped elsewhere.

Worst in shipping, quality of merchandise, customer service and return policy. They are scamming their customers. Trust what I say ‘If you use this company you do so at your own expense’!
My order hasn’t arrived in 7 weeks. Once I got in contact with them they’d only refund 30% !!!! For their mistake!
