App was good - but may be dead?
No updates for over a year and links are starting to die. It was great except for 1 big one… allowing manual entry of info. Otherwise, all inputs must be a picture that makes life easy, but doesn’t work for spots where you can’t photo what you need. Hopefully it comes back!
Disappointed
This product would not allow me to enter items if it didn’t have the URL. Does me no good if I can’t store my items like firearms, etc.
Amazing app but missing a vital feature
So ya, this app is amazing but it’s missing a vital feature that could make it perfect. I wish you could search for a product by just typing in the name of it or typing in the model number/serial number. At the moment it appears you can only search via the camera. Normally this would be fine but if you’re looking for the manual to your stereo it might be easier to actually hunt for your mirror than crawl behind the tv unplugging and everything just to snap a picture of the backside. Can we please get a search bar also!

I first saw this in a google news article today using my iPad and downloaded immediately. The idea is wonderful I have long been interested in having digital copies of personal property manual and this description shows videos and partnlists would be available.
I downloaded the iPad version and the app opened but I have not used it yet. I downloaded the iPhone version on my iPhone 6 (twice now) and it opens to a blank screen.
If the app works as expected I will happily give it 5 stars and would probably pay a reasonable fee. This would save time looking for digital manuals found in google searches that are nothing more that sites that INSTALL SPYWARE, ADWARE, and POTENTIALLY TROJAN HORSES.
I would even invest in stock in this development, but if I cannot work on my phone I cannot rate any higher than a 2, which is the rating I’ll give for a brilliant idea.

I’m in the process of buying a house. I used this while walking around during the inspection to quickly get tons of useful info on the appliances. Almost everything I scanned returned helpful content after a few seconds. Others took longer but still was pretty quick. I also found a huge drawer of manuals for everything in the house but won’t be needing that!

Really helpful for first time homeowner
As a first time homeowner, everything feels like a surprise and we never have any idea what we’ll need to reference later. Zolve has really helped us with this. Appreciate being able to find all manuals etc. for our appliances and electronics in one place - makes us feel better about having thrown many of these away initially - and we can now get to the bottom of issues for which ordinarily we would have no idea where to start!

I had a problem with my printer and the user manual was nowhere to be found (I bought it a few years ago). Clicked on it with Zolve and had the manual instantaneously! Problem solved (or “zolved”)!

Really remarkable
You have to try this out. Most of the time when you snap a photo of the little model number label on something, you get back all sorts of useful information - not just the user manual (though how cool is it to not have to go search the web for a user manual!), but tips and tricks, maintenance instructions, even replacement parts! Definitely keeping this on my phone for those times I would otherwise have to wade into pages of search results to figure something out.

Stumbled upon this as I was looking for cool utility apps. You take a pic of a product label and it gets you the manual and parts list. Tested it out on my microwave and it worked perfectly. I finally replaced the broken tray that I’ve been juggling my coffee mug on for a year! Love it!

I was googling how to troubleshoot the ice maker on my fridge and I happened to come across this app. It said that I just needed to snap a photo of the model number and I’d get troubleshooting information. I took a photo of the label inside my fridge that shows it, and sure enough, I got an instant result! I tried a few more items around my house and it seems like the instant result is mostly for appliances. But it’s still awesome that after a short wait I got results for my other items too. It also seems to be completely free to use. Really nice!
