I played this series as it was being released and I had bought ever episode. I love a good story especially a choose your own adventure or choice based story told in a compelling and dynamic way. Sadly my purchases no longer register as me having owned them with my iPhone vrs when I was android. I may consider buying the series again. I’d rather replay the series and then buy the new episodes

It is a great book but 7$ per chapter is pretty expensive

great concept. game seems cool. ads ruin it. a shame, but i won’t be spending 5 dollars to remove ads from a game when the very first thing im shown without even trying the game yet is an ad. not to mention the immersion breaking banner on the bottom of the screen. pure greed.

I loved this game and the follow-up story! And I had bought every part of both games/apps, but a semi-recent update has deleted any memory of my purchase history with the apps. I would give it a 5/5 otherwise, but I am pretty bummed about what’s happened.

Genuinely fantastic, my first ever go at reading an interactive novel.
Holds a special place in my heart HOWEVER that’s not to say there is SOME issues, the stat screen is very dated but that’s not a worry.
I will say however, since my last play through, hosted games have added forced ads. You get around 8 pages or less reading and you’re forced to either pay £5 once or wait 20 minutes. Every few pages. Frankly, it’s incredibly off putting and it’s genuinely ruined the experience of the game for me. I have all the parts purchased yet now being forced to pay. Not massively happy with it, if you can overlook this it’s a great game, great read.

Deserves more credit
I will never understand why this game isn’t higher up on the recommended list of games in the App Store. Apple buries it under a mountain load of the same-old, same-old games.
This is unique. And I mean that. In the almost ten years since I first found and played it for the first time- I have yet to find another game app that comes anywhere close to being like this one. I’m a world full copies of copies of copies- being different is some kind of special.
I have played these two zombie story games through more times then I can count at this point. I don’t generally spend money on mobile games but I did pay the one time 4.99 charge for the extra options and story. It was worth it. I come back to it time and time again and with the hours upon hours this game has spent entertaining me..I absolutely got my money’s worth and then some. The creator of this game is genius and I think he deserves more respect, recognition and I’m sure more financial gain then he gets. I mean that.

I accidentally paid $7.99 but decided to play anyway I thought the $7.99 was with the whole game when I was asked to pay another $7.99, I stop playing, I was really angry having to continue paying $7.99 every few chapters really disappointing
Cool concept but constant charges
Very good game and fun to play but every chapter is £5 and it’s not clear about how many there are.
Chapters are also very short, maybe about 20 ish minutes long. Would be better if you could pay for all of the chapters instead of constantly paying £5.

Having new error
At beginning of chapter 3 the cathedral whenever i choose the two things i uprgade it bugs out and removes the continue button and i cannot progress, pls help

This game is really good. I like the story, and how every decision u make is crucial for survival. I like to use my imagination to put myself in the characters shoes and please trust this game is imagination fuel 10 out of 10 from me

This story game is stunning and beautiful. I’m so emerged in the story I also love that you can change font size and Dark mode. The pictures are very intricate and detailed in their own style :)

Great accessible game, but need to be able to unlock all chapters at once.
It is great to find games that are accessible and works with voiceover. This is a wonderful game, if you enjoy reading books and make decisions that affect the character. This is why I purchase the ad free version. However, it seems to only unlock one chapter at a time. This is why I would like to suggest that therapy a full a log made available to players. Thank you and keep up the great work and making this app accessible to all players.

Great game, horrible ending
Incredibly engaging game. Great characters, great story and intrigue. Keeps you constantly glued to what’s happening. Good personal expression. Felt like my choices really effected things and mattered. Loved having personal attributes but felt they didn’t really have a very big impact.
However, abrupt horrible ending. Felt like a complete switch up. Almost like okay your done by now I don’t care anymore.

Great storyline!!!
I couldn’t believe how much I would like this novel. It was intense. Made me feel as if I was there. Incredible. The courage of the group, the deaths, the betrayal was all heart wrenching. This book was better than any zombie movie I’ve ever seen. Judging by the incredibly written storyline, the characters, and the overall plot of the story I could tell the developers of this game very intelligent people I’m very creative.

I love playing these games I’ve honestly spent hours just playing I wish the second one (safe haven) had more parts after you get stuck on the mountain but I understand y’all need time can’t wait for it 😀
