Support Please
Game is a typical tile exploration type. Lots of “borrowed” buildings and events from a specific game. They have not responded to a single one of my support requests. Game breaking bugs left me stranded and haven’t gotten a reply yet. Not from lack of trying I have sent several support tickets respectfully asking for assistance. Don’t spend any $$$ here they don’t help.

Their privacy policy refers to personal data quite a few times but doesn’t seem to define what that term means.
Reskin of PostApoTycoon
So this is pretty much the same game as PostApoTycoon, a game by another company. There an added night phase where you tap on zombies, but that’s about it. The UI is worse imo with long presses resulting in slower “clicks” and taking forever compared to the PostApoTycoon. Things seem to cost more premium currency too rather than the standard credits. The artwork has a hand drawn aesthetic which is cute.

I’ve been sending emails with the things that make it difficult for me, the consumer, to enjoy the game. Not once have I received a reply. The latest thing that is inhibiting me from enjoying the game is this: I cannot buy any of the new perks/upgrades. The screen just says “loading”

This game is so sloooooowwwwww. No clue what to do next. No information. What am I supposed to do next? I have mailed support and haven’t gotten a response.
