Can’t claim deals anymore.
Every time i try to claim a deal it tells me it’s already been claimed from my location. I don’t know how generous the apps definition of “my location” is, but i think don’t really think it should be my problem if my neighbor or someone else relatively nearby is using this app.
First time pretty simple
I order my first time ordering it was pretty simple the only issue I had was (that’s why I gave it a 4 star) it was taking a long time to open the code.

Love this app!
This app has become one of my favorite must check shopping apps! I am a hardcore couponer. ZonDeals opened my eyes to the world of amazon deal hunting! I absolutely love it. My only complaint has to do with the app’s notification system. I have never received a notification directly. The app is supposed to notify someone if or when more coupons are available for a specific product. Sometimes however, the notifications go unseen or unheard for hours or even days later. Simply because the app sends you only one notification never a couple back to back and so forth. I have completely missed deals all together, ones I really wanted because of

So glad I contacted zondeals instead of just cancelling
I had become pretty upset after my account was suspended for duplicate accounts. Mainly, since it resulted immediately after contacting them about how I had created another account just to view the deals after numerous unsuccessful attempts to reset my password lead me to believe I was permanently locked out.
Despite this, I still wanted my account back. Therefore, I refrained from any purchases while periodically attempting to regain access. Finally after two weeks I was ecstatic to find my info finally worked. Immediately I contacted the company about my dilemma, instantly leading to my account suspension.
Considering, how no purchases were ever made on the new account I felt angry and upset. Unfortunately I was not aware duplicate accounts were monitored by a bot and not humans. I sent an email and it was fixed the next day. I’m so glad it was since their deals are phenomenal and 95% of the codes work.
Simply amazing. The only app I check nearly every day.

Bad coupons
My only issue is when we get a coupon that does not work and if you reject too many they freeze your buying . That’s not ok. Not our fault the coupons don’t work.
Legit deals
When I first started using the app I didn’t feel there was a lot on there I’d use but the more I bought the more deals came.. I feel like I unlocked more products.

Excellent app. I’d just recommend making it easier to go back when rejecting coupons. I rejected one unintentionally and I couldn’t get it back.
