Fun game except I cannot progress due to needed a specific part from junkyard 13 and it is not there.

I would give the game 5 stars but for the Ads.
The only thing they do is guarantee I never install the apps or use the services.

crashes and loss of progress
i really enjoy this game! however, it crashes constantly, especially during ads, and all of my progress is reloaded each time i open the app :(

Bugs and more bugs, bad customer service
The game is a nice break style adventure where you have to basically break things that can be broken depending on the strength of your breaking tool (wood, iron, etc.). As you progress through the levels you are faced with better enemies, tougher obstacles and more difficult quests.
But unfortunately, the game has shown several bugs that prevent you from completing the quests. In one instance an item necessary to complete a quest was already in my inventory but the game would not allow me to complete the quest even though the item was in inventory. I tried several things from offloading the app to completing the stage where the item needed was to be obtained, and even restarting the Gamecenter, but nothing worked.
I also wrote to the developer pointing out the bug and asking for advice or a fix, but the company did not respond.
So, even though the graphics are nice, and the game is fun, trying to review the game objectively, the bugs and the bad customer service do not let me rate it with more than 2 stars. It’s fun while it lasts and you are not affected by one of its bugs.

Wanna be 5 stars
Would give 5 stars but I keep getting stuck in chapter 2, it asks me to do the side quests for finding parts but now I can’t find the items in the missions and it shows a blank page that forces me to reset the game. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game but that just deletes all of my progress

Bugs
I was really enjoying the game. Until I got to the tasks to upgrade the tool to level 9. Then the game would freeze, reload all boxes etc. and not allow you to progress. I also couldn’t finish a travel quest coz it was saying there was 1 more person to kill. Tried reloading the game. Didn’t work. Tried playing a clip to Aquire a gun and the gun never showed after watching the ad..

Stuck in chapter two
The game is pretty fun and interesting, which is the reason why I’ve made it to where I am currently unable, it seems, to go any further. I need to make copper bars and so I need to go inside the mine.. but when I try to nothing is there to allow me to enter the mine. And I’m not about to wander around and wait for an add to pop up for me to watch to get like 20 copper bars when I need ALOT more than that. Am I suppose to do something else first for me to enter the mine cause I have enough fuel tank thingy’s that I need to enter… it’s just not pulling up. I’m gona have to delete this if I can’t go any further cause this game takes up a lot of space.. but I want to see what happens next…..

Bug fix required
Good game but progress has a road block. Current mission says I need to visit junkyard #13 but I already completed it. No access to past expositions

I really like this game. Here’s my pet peeve, why, oh why does it have to take about 2 hrs to craft things. Usually what I try and do is craft and leave the game and come back in 2 hrs, but this is starting to get annoying. Probably won’t be playing much longer, ashame because it’s not a bad game. And don’t tell me to use green diamonds because that can get expensive.

Missing items
I love the game. My problem is in the second story it says to go to junk yard 13 and find item joint fasteners. It is not there. I restarted the game twice from the beginning and each time that item is not there and I can’t not go any further in the game. Is there a way to get past this?
Avoid
The game starts OK but in the second stage of the game it freezes with nowhere to go. I have tried multiple times to contact support with no response. There are better games out there like this, don’t download.
Was fun while it lasted
The game was working fine until I paid for no ads. It won’t load at all now. Been this way for a few weeks
