About

Rest by heart rate, not by the clock. A 90-second rest timer doesn't know whether today is a good day or a bad day. Your heart does. ZoneVibe watches your heart rate between sets and rounds, and taps your wrist the moment you've recovered. That's your signal to go again. No staring at your watch. No guessing. Just train, rest, feel the buzz, repeat. How it works? Pick your workout type: Strength, Functional, or anything else - Set your rest minimum (for example, 100 bpm) - Start from your iPhone, or tap "Start last zone" on your Apple Watch. No phone needed - Rest after each set. When your heart rate drops to your minimum, the watch vibrates. Go. - On a strong day you recover faster and get more work done. On a tired day you rest a little longer. Rest time that adapts to you, automatically. Built for • Strength and functional training: rest until you're ready for the next heavy set • CrossFit, HYROX and hybrid training: go again when your engine is ready, not when a timer says so • Circuits, kettlebells and HIIT: recovery-based intervals instead of fixed ones • Boxing, MMA and combat rounds: know when you're ready for the next round • Team-sport conditioning: repeat efforts on real recovery Also a heart rate guardrail! The same wrist tap works both ways: • Above: buzz when you've recovered down to your minimum (rest intervals) • Below: buzz when you go over a ceiling (Zone 2, easy runs, staying under a personal limit) • Between: stay inside a range (steady-state cardio) Set zones in BPM or as a percentage of your max heart rate. The built-in calculator includes 220 − Age, Tanaka, Gellish and Nes formulas, plus quick Zone 1–5 presets. Designed for the gym floor • Clear haptic cues, so your eyes stay on the bar • Color-coded watch screen, readable at a glance • Smart hints: if your heart rate never came down to your minimum, ZoneVibe tells you and suggests a better setting for next time • Every session saved to Apple Health See your training (Pro) • Unlimited workout history with detailed stats per session • Time in, above and below your zone, plus peak, average and lowest heart rate • Training load, intensity heatmaps and heart rate distribution • Weekly and monthly progress trends and personal records • Presets: save "Heavy Squat Day", "HYROX Intervals" or "Zone 2 Walk" and start with one tap • CSV export Pay once. Own it. ZoneVibe Pro is a one-time purchase. No subscription, ever. Try it free for 7 days. Private by design Your workouts stay on your device and in Apple Health. Rest smarter. Set your rest minimum, rest between sets, and go when your watch buzzes. • Start your last workout straight from your Apple Watch, no phone needed. It syncs to your iPhone and Apple Health afterwards. • The buzz is instant when your heart rate reaches your minimum, and it tells you which way to go: firm taps for "go", a lighter tap when you're over your maximum. • The watch now shows clear labels, like "Below 100 ↑" or "Above 150 ↓". • Optional repeat buzz if you keep missing the first one. • If your heart rate never came down to your minimum, you'll get a hint suggesting a better setting for next time. • iOS 27 crash fix.
