Hello I love this game for so long but for so long it seems to say I’m to young and I’m only 10
To no way it a 13 now and fix it please 🐘
This game sucks
The game won’t let me pass the tutorial when I’m logged in but it will let me play with out logging in but when I tried to login after reaching level 3 it restarted my progress to the broken game and I can’t and don’t want to play it if every time I open the app I have to type my birthday in it’s annoying to have to put the same date in 9 times in one day it won’t let me delete the account to make a new one either JUST DELETE MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN MAKE A NEW ONE SO I CAN PLAY that’s all I’m asking I only had this game I don’t care about progress in other games I don’t have!!!!

My daughter asked me to download this it looked like a good game but when it asked me two write my date of birth so that did but I said to young it says 9 plus my daughter is 11
Loading time
Takes too long to load when you go into the app
Please put water stuff easy to get
Make the puffin level 22 make it £10,000 and the water enclosure level 22 and £15,000 and make all the water birds level 22 at £10,000 and make avery level 23 and £20,000

So fun but I’d love a new feature:
Sandbox mode: there can be a little button that you can press and you get teleported to a place where you can choose any enclosure and any animal for free to find out if it’s worth it for you in the real game.

Love this game
So I have been playing this game for several years now and I think it is brilliant, I love the animation, the animal selection and the detail in this game. If I could change one thing about it, I would make it so that there are more ways to get animals, diamonds and coins
Age rating
I had this game when I was younger and I redownloaded it thinking it would be fun to create a new zoo but it said I wasnt old enough but I’m definitely over 4 and over 13.

Ok so you know how it says ages 4+ on the bit where you can look at the apps features. The first thing it did was ask me my age and I entered it as 12 and it said I was too young to continue. It’s soo stupid why didn’t they change the age to 4 and over because that’s what it said . I am going to try again and re-download it but I will be so annoyed if it doesn’t work because it looks like a great game

Progress Removal
It keeps on getting rid of my progress and takes away pets, takes me to lower, levels, and the worst part is is I don’t get the money back to repurchase it all.
If you’re 8 like me don’t get it
It asked me my age I’m 8 it wouldn’t let me play because of my age 😡I hate this game I’m angry because of this game again I hate it so I deleted it the worst game ever

I am 10 years old and it won’t let me when on the app. It says 4+ for age, but I am 10 and it says I’m unfortunately too young to continue when I try and login.
Never get this app for your kids
My kid couldn’t even get too old and he’s 10 years old and like it wasn’t letting him cause it was too young to continue and that’s the reason why I’m getting one star because it says 4+ the app is 10 years old under 4
