Locked out over simple mistake.
Really disappointing experience. I accidentally entered the wrong date when setting up and unbelievably, there is no option to amend or correct! Because of one simple input error I am completely locked out of the game. People. An make mistakes when entering details and an app should provide a straightforward way to correct them rather than permanently preventing someone from accessing a game they want to use! This is incredibly frustrating and seems like a very poor design decision. There really should be a way to amend the incorrect date. Because of this I could not recommend this app!!

Дорогие разработчики, игра просто замечательная , но после 16 уровня играть становится почти невозможно, всё становится очень дорого, даже задания не получается пройти, как играть то, некоторые товары стоят алмазы, как из покупать если алмазов нет, с каждым заходом в игру всё становится дороже в 2 раза, в том числе различные улучшения и т.д, неприятно, после каждого захода в любимую игру всё больше хочется её удалить(

Downloaded it on an iPhone 17. 10 mins doesn’t load then ask me when I was born. 10 mins again still not even loaded

Not bothering anymore
I can’t still go in so why bother..if you aren’t going to fix this issue or whatever it is then I’m not playing this game anymore and it’s staying offload..I’m done,such a shame as I used to play it a lot but if apparently I’m “too young “ to play then nope..not bothered. I don’t understand why it’s 13 as well..stupid.Also it is no longer letting me in as if I’m forever banned from playing even though I’m 15 years old which surely would let me in..either sort this out or you are going to lose a lot of players so 😤😑.

FANTASTIC but takes too long to level up.
Played this game for as long as I can remember, but it now takes weeks just to level up and get 20k coins. I’m starting to not play it as much because it’s the same every time but still fantastic game and don’t know how you can make a zoo game so good on the Apple Store!!!😂😂 And i can’t get diamonds because it costs too much and they go soooo quickly. But either way I still play it🤣🤣.

This game is soooo good but if your wondering why I put 4 stars it’s because it’s sooo hard to buy things with coins, diamonds, or tickets because they run out almost instantly and everything is sooooooo expensive and I’m not allowed to buy anything with real money but other than that this game is amazing 🤩 I love it 😻 # I love my zoo # pls send some tickets coins and diamonds # thank you sooo much to the game developers for making such a fab game
