Not quite Baku Baku......yet
I have never understood why Sega hasn’t released Baku Baku on mobile. An excellent single player game and even better as a 2 player battle and hence why I keep searching the App Store for it.
This game contains the basic gameplay elements and is definitely a great start. If the developer can get around any copyright issues then the following would make a massive difference.
1) animate the animals eating the food with appropriate munching sounds in homage to the original
2) make the cubes smaller and increase the grid size by at least two rows horizontally
3) add an on screen d-pad as the touch controls are not quite there yet
The wish list would be 1) battling an AI opponent with the ability to set up chain reactions which get dumped on your opponents screen 2) some suitable 32 bit music
Fingers crossed for more updates

Not SEGA, but not terrible.
I really wish SEGA would make a mobile version of Baku Baku, but this will have to do. This doesn't have the nice animations nor the story mode or polish Sega's original had. Also sliding blocks from side of the puzzle board to the other can be difficult. Not a bad attempt at an underrated classic puzzle game.

Simple game, fun
This is a simpler version of an old sega game that I loved. Game play is easy to pick up and fun to play.
