Great Game But Too Much Happening
Very fun game with lots to do but there is a lot happening on screen and quite a few annoying pop ups. Game needs to be more organized so things are easily accessible without having so many buttons and features on screen.

Could be great but needs improving
You really need to be able to collect the cash from all the shops at once as most of the game is just clicking on every shop individually and as the game goes on there are hundreds of shops so it gets really monotonous. Also I am quite far on in the game and all of a sudden I can’t play any videos which means I now can’t play the game very well anymore. Shame…. As it could be really good.

Pretty annoyed I finally saved up enough to get a “legendary” habitat and I was awarded with the only one I ALREADY HAVE! My rating just went down a star

Ads!!!!
To watch the ads for credits are horrible! The ones with two ads in one you don’t get a credit for at all. You have to reopen the zoo app up to eight times sometimes so it runs one ad for one credit. A lot of times it runs two ads in one and it will not allow you to collect a credit. You literally have to reopen the game multiple times and rerun the ads a million times for one credit. I’m not following how this would encourage anybody to play the game..

Worst game ever
Player of the game absolutely has no control of what is built in their zoo. Instead the game tells you what the building forces you to build buildings and buy exhibit so you don’t wanna put in. Not to mention the beginning of the game the tutorial is long and stupid change that and I may come back.
My customers look like they don’t give two craps.
I new and so far I’ve really enjoyed playing only being on level sixteen. But… have you ever seen in roller coaster tycoon games that the customers showed expressions instead of just walking around. You need to add a reaction to the customers and also give them certain needs like let me think hmmmm oh! You have a bathroom they could have personal hygiene or hunger and other certain needs to make it a little hard to please the customers. Finally, we should turn taking care of the animals into a job! You have a certain building that’s like the custodian or something.

But my biggest problem is…. Gold! I was literally just given some and was FORCED by the game to spend it on a stupid fish in aqua world cuz I just got it even tho I can easily buy it with cash instead like gold is soo hard to get and you need it for like everything but still a good game just pleeasseee change that also make legendary animals easier to get and add more small animals like sugar gliders and Also I had a glitch where my male shire horse turned into a beluga whale and an African wildebeest then a anaconda (I think) when he whinnied for like 0.2 seconds but overall still good game. 👍🏻

Only way to progress is by spending money
Everything becomes more expensive as you go. Took expansion requires a certain popularity level and coin amount, then as soon as you approach it the popularity level required is adjusted higher and coin amount doubles. You can’t actually expand your zoo without constantly spending money.
Okay game
Overall I like it even though progression is slow. Not sure if it’s a money grab thing wanting people to give in and spend a lot of actual money to buy things in the game. Completely dislike the aquarium feature and wish I could remove it
Pay to play
The game is cute, easy to understand and fun BUT you need to pay real money to get anywhere. Which is disappointing honestly. Pay to unlock rewards, pay to participate in events, pay to expand your zoo. Concept is great but dropping $50+ a month to play? You can be buying yourself one console game a month. It’s just not worth it in my opinion.
