Canโ€™t get passed Level 4!!

Downloaded this game thinking could earn extra money but doesnโ€™t want to let me get passed Level 4
Really disappointed as itโ€™s a good game to play
Iโ€™m not sure if anyone else is having the same problem
It keeps saying others have made money but yet here I am not able to get passed level 4 and this is the only tile game that isnโ€™t allowing me pass that level
