Best game ever

All I have to say ANIMA COOL

Not worth it

Still has ads, not worth it. Sounds don't work.

Update?

My son loves this app, it's pretty cool. The only problem is that with this new update, I've seen more problems than before. For some reason, we no longer have the rodents tab, and he was playing on the dogs tab, and now when we go to it it automatically goes to the bulldog and when you hit the back button it goes back to the menu to choose dogs. I love this app but these need fixed.

a few animals

Very misleading to say there are over 500 photos. There are only 72 animals!!! The extra photos are of the same animals (mother, father, baby) Nice to have them but I thought there would be 500 types of animals. Pro- The photos are excellent quality and the sounds are very good as well. Con- very few animals. Had I known how many animals were represented, I would not have bought this ap. Would not recommend.

My daughter loves it!

My daughter loves this! She loves it and uses it so much, I just had to get the full version!

Kids Love It

My little boy LOVES this app. He'll sit there and mimic the animals which is hilarious. There are TONS of animals to choose from and I love how it plays the sound as a baby and adult. Great association with pictures, voice, and sounds

Sound has stopped

My 2 yr old has loved this app. Suddenly, though, the sound no longer works. i have an an iPad2. I can navigate and see everything, but the sound is gone. Only a problem with this app. Volume control has no effect. Help!

Zola animals

Downloaded both the free app and then purchased the app. Had no sound on either app! Very frustrating...great pictures though.

Great app for children

Really great app, I have to recommend it. My daughters (6 and 3 years old) love it. Thanks.

Sweet & Soothing!!

This app is both educational and entertaining for young children!! I can't believe it is only .99 cents!! The music is very soothing and my nephew can't get enough of the farm animals :)

Big fan of the Zoola apps

I wish these types of apps were around when our kids were younger. But I love entertaining my niece with the Zoola apps. This one in particular has a ton of different animals!

Pas de son!!

Est ce possible que non compatible avec iOS 6??? On ne peut entendre aucun son des animaux?

Great for Babies and Toddlers!

Sorry for the super long review, but I was really, really impressed with this app! I'm pregnant with my first baby (due November!) and have been loading my iPhone up with apps to help me through pregnancy and baby's first year. I saw ZOOLA Animals and thought it would make a great app for a little one that's learning about animals.

I bought the app and had my friend's toddler try it out. He loved it so much that he wouldn't give my phone back to me after an 1.5 of playing with this app!!! He learned soooo much about the various types of animals and the sounds they make. I was finally able to get my phone back by bribing him with a trip to the local park so he could see some of the animals from the app in real life. We manged to find dogs, geese, squirrels, and frogs at the park (all of which are in the app). My friend's toddler would squeal every time we found an animal in real life that was also on the app he was playing with. It was a great education experience!

I was surprised because ZOOLA Animals also is great for babies. I tried it with my neighbor's 6 mo. old baby and she giggles when she hears the animal sounds. It's very entertaining and yet the little ones are learning.

Beyond education/entertainment value for the kids, I like this app for other reasons:

* It's very well organized. There's a different screen for the different types of animals: farm, safari, forest, and water. (Forest and water sections available in paid version).

* The pictures are beautiful and are classic to the type of animal being represented.

* Lots of pictures. There are at least two pictures depicting a male, female, offspring, and family/love for each animal.

* Lots of different sounds. The app developers have included not just one sound to represent a particular animal, but several sounds for each.

* Paid Version Bonus: several memory boosting games! There's Memory (where you have to flip over "cards" and find pairs, Simon (the game has a sequence of icons that it starts with and you have to remember the sequence and repeat it, and Puzzle (you piece together a simple puzzle of an animal picture).

* Paid Version Bonus: a section of pictures of kids with their animals from around the world. This is very cute and paired with a cheerful version of "It's a small world" song.

I can't wait for my baby to be born so I can have my little one use this. It should come in very handy! I would also recommend getting the paid version of the app because it unlocks a lot of the features that my friend's toddler loved playing (games, extra animals).

Great application

This is a great application i have used to teach children about animals. The pictures are of superior quality and. The app is so easy to use a 10 moth old can use it!!

1 yr and 7 yr olds both like it!

It is a great learning app. My 7 year old likes the pictures and animal sounds too, especially the instrumental songs that accompany some pictures. My 18 month old asks for "ammals" when she sees my phone, and she is learning to tap on the icons.
