Went back on their agreement!
This company sold a “Lifetime” subscription to their cloud service and then unceremoniously canceled it without refund our offer to substitute their new services.

Cannot sync with mobile
It’s great if you want to access data that’s synced with your desktop.
It’s terrible if you want to sync mobile data (because it can’t).

Very little functionality!
The app lacks:
1) Touch ID for logging in to account
2) The ability to select files and folders for offline access on the iOS device, and the app must allow to sync and update these files and folders
3) Categorizing content allowing the user to search files, either by name, time updated, etc.
4) I have not used the app for this, but another reviewer noted poor viewing of stored video from within the app. It would be good to have this addressed as well.
5) Cannot select individual files to email links for sharing with others, also cannot select expiration date for sharing links.
As a paying customer, I expect a huge amount more. A very, very, very barebones app.

No way to upload files
The description of this app makes it sound like your files from you phone can be uploaded/backed up. This app doesn’t have a feature to upload anything. The app description needs to be reworded to be more accurate.
Fix the app
It crashes every time you open the app.
Cannot scream video even though it says you can
Unable to scream my videos to my phone! I have to download them to view them!
Please add files support
I saw the iOS 11 compatibility notice in the last update, only to be disappointed it still doesn’t plug into files app like all the competition. This is a very large missed opportunity.
App immediately crashes after opening with latest update
I have an iPhone 6 and iOS 10. After updating the Zoolz app with the last update, it now immediately closes after opening.
Too Basic
Enjoy being able to see my photos and forward them, but wish it had fingerprint sign in and better viewing options. When I tap on photo it goes off to the right and only shows a portion of the image. Hope for many updates soon.
Not Working
Current version does not work. Can log in and see my computer, but when viewing it no files or folders appear.
Desktop/website work fine to view them. Don't waste your time with this app until they fix it.

2) cannot select individual files for offline keeping (only allowed to choose a cache size)
3) video files play within the app, however they are not allowed to rotate, so when viewing a 16x9 video file, only viewed in portrait, it means a lot of black on the screen with wasted space
4) no way to sort files either, just listed in upload one order, not by date created, or alphabetically even - just a dumb "search" box
One star reduction for each deficiency. Please take a look at your competitors' apps.(Dropbox, Box, Pogoplug, etc.)
Paying customers should not have basic level items left out.

Ok App, needs mor functionality!
Good for viewing cold storage. Would be great if it had more functionality for vaults, thinking along the lines of Onedrive, Dropbox, etc.

Great for viewing but not great for downloading photos to your device, as it crashes every time
Rubbish, doesn't work
Doesn't actually load any of my images I have backed up to the instant storage vault I set up. They are visible if I log in using my laptop but this "viewer" app won't load them.
Also episodes I have uploaded from my media collection don't stream as they would with any other cloud service app, they have to be downloaded in full took your device before they will start to play, which means you have to have that space free on your devise and about half an hour of free time to download the content, during which you can't use any other app. Pointless and not thought out at all.
It's like the secs have no clue how people use cloud services!!
I contacted their support but have had no reply after waiting several days.
EDIT: I finally got a response that asked questions I had already put the answers to in my initial message, after which they said they would forward it onto more senior support staff. It's now a couple of months later and NOTHING has happened, I've had no further response from them and the problem persists.
BEWARE of paying any kind of money to this company, even if you find what looks like a great deal. It will be a 100% waste.
The whole reason I paid for their cloud storage was so I could have access to a large photo library while away from the computer but that was a massive waste of money.
Take my advise, stick to Dropbox, Google drive, box or any other alternative you can think of. These guys are jokers and will take your money and run without providing the service you paid for.

Does not work
So I upgrade at their suggestion and the app will not open without crashing immediately. Deleted and reinstalled and the same thing happened.
