Mostly good but adding items to a subscription is difficult. Would be good to be able to donate points without having to have items in the basket.

I have used zooplus for many years now. They have a great service and have the best price on dog food that my dogs eat.
If there is an issue their customer service is always on the ball and very helpful.

Best shop ever
Honestly been using this app for over 6 years, hands down best place for me to bulk buy my cat food considering ive got 5 cats. Look up for discount codes as you always get freebies and i went for the saver plan as it saves me over £60 a year!!

I love that I can find the best ingredients for my cats. Instead of shops rubbish ingredients. Cats need better!!

Great for Renal Pets
I now have a renal dog (I have had a renal cat in the past). The variety of dry and wet renal food means my dog is not stuck with just a couple of choices.

Totally and utterly confusing website. A degree in computer science is needed just to order. Too many windows,far too many sub windows. Ok if your u derstsnd all the gobbledegook,not what is needed for more mature individuals. Avoid if you can,I certainly will from now on.
Reliable and good
I like Zoo Plus, however, the website isn’t as easy as it needs to be for those of us who are Neurodiverse. Different things popping up all over the place makes me want to give up. Apart from that it’s good!

Not a bad site
The site is pretty good. Prices can be quite good. There’s a lot of plastic in the packaging and delivery can be very sketchy although they do use Evri so that’s probably why! You collect points on each purchase which can be quite handy.
Great product; tricky site
The product and service from zooplus have always been great. Accessing my account on the site was a very tricky process though.
Online Ordering
Royal Canin Wet Dog Food is the only product I buy. I’ve used it for a few years now. I started using it when my dog was having stomach issues. I’ve used it ever since and it has cleared the issue up. The ordering and delivery is so easy and quick. I can order and it’s always in my door step a couple of days later.

Don't bother, your delivery will either arrive a week late or not at all because they are now using Evri as their courier.
Handy for multiple pet purchases
Easy app to use, occasionally won’t log me in but otherwise never had a technical issue. Good value on bulk buying and delivery is usually within a couple of days. I always check prices with supermarkets etc as they can be cheaper when they have offers on, but Zooplus have better stock for specific brands. Whenever I’ve had an issue with an order, customer services have been very helpful and sorted it out.

Product range great, website difficult to navigate
I really do not find the website user friendly but persevere as the product range is so wide,
PayPal not working
Frustrated that I couldn’t use PayPal as I like to pay in 3 for the dog food as it’s so expensive.
