I got this app hoping I was able to watch anime. Not list my progress, It’s honestly a useless app. The only type of entertainment you can see is the trailer videos. The what’s even worse is not only do you not get to watch anime’s but there’s also ads. Don’t recommend app.

Im so mad, i thought you could watch anime on here but instead you have to go to the website so whats the point in getting the app? Like bro, if ur gonna make a app that shows a show/anime then actually let them watch.

I tried doing everything from restarting my device to reinstalling the app but it would not load

This app takes all their data from a website named My Anime List (MAL) which is an extremely popular anime tracking platform. The app only has trailers and stats but no actual anime.
Love what’s in it but don’t like some of the features
The anime are great and you really can watch just about any anime on it but there are some problems, the ads are understandable and I am fine with them since I don’t have to wait through commercials when I am watching but what really makes me not want to use the app is that I can’t find out where to change the title names to English so I have to figure out what the Japanese name is.

The only thing that was bad was that I couldn’t find dub version so probably make a tutorial.

I Am not able to change the language or have subtitles it is also hard to navigate would never recommend

I find it really stupid that their app doesn’t allow you to watch any shows you only get to see the shows they have available

I though this would be a fun anime app to watch when I can’t watch in my tv or something or on a road trip and I though I might try it out and watch so anime and all the anime is just a trailer for it or something it’s pretty much 30 seconds to a minute of just like the main character and an object. Also it says in whoosh but in the tiem I was son the app. For 5 minutes I had seen maybe 30 anime trailers IN JAPANESE!!!!!! I though this would be a fun like free anime but looks like I’m gonna have to switch to funmation and pay for it

This app doesn’t work
So I tried the app and I Saw a lot of anime shows and it was free But then I tried watching anime show but there’s no watch button it only shows videos of the show not episodes if you’re going to get an anime app just get Crunchyroll

More anime on the website/login only on website not the app
I was trying to find a anime I was watching with my friend but I don't have a computer so I downloaded the app on my phone. The anime I looked up was not there at all. I looked it up inJapanese and english on the app and still didn't find it. I would also like to say you can log into the website with your email and password on the website and not the app. If I delete the app on my phone and redownload it would my old stuff even be there still?

Recommend watching on website, if not you’ll have to watch it on Netflix.
I don’t know how to work this app at all, but the site is better. It even has the correct captions for english dub BUT the problem is that it brings you out of the site and puts you into some other weird sites but still 10/10 on website.
The website has more anime’s
I’ve been using the website for a while and when I found out they had an app I freaked out. When I went to watch what I’ve been watching for a bit I found out that they didn’t have it. (Before you say that I misspelled it I even tried copy and pasting the name in) then I tried something else and it wasn’t there. I went to the website and they were there. I never used the website for manga so I don’t know if they did the same thing with the manga.
