Can’t View Away From Home Wi-Fi
This app is terrible and the developers do not care. You used to be able to view your cameras from anywhere. From phone data. Now you have to be on your home Wi-Fi. How stupid is that? Developers refuse to update. Do not buy their cameras, NVR, or use this app. You will be sorry. Waste of time and money.

My zosi camera won’t sound when there’s a notification on my phone tried everything they said to do it will show on the news but want send a notification sound

Utterly pathetic and very unreliable, cameras always take ages to load and sometimes don’t. No effort has gone into this app
Crappy Update
Zosi has dropped the ball when it comes to this newest update for Zosi Cloud. It would not stream video from my cameras. Download Anla Link and connect your cameras through that app if your having trouble with Zosi Cloud. It worked perfectly for me.
Saving to files
The old version used to be able to save to iPads camera roll, if I take a photo it does but saving a video shot doesn’t, very inconvenient when having to send a recording of a car being broken in to, I had to physically record from my phone off my iPad app, tried numerous times to contact them about it but they just tell me how to record and save on the hard drive. It’s the app that's knackered not that, get it sorted!!

At first the app was working fine. Now it won't even save the recording's, it does sends the notifications but when you click on it there is nothing on it just the black screen, Its so annoying. There is a picture there that says to upgrade the app already did, didn’t do anything don’t know what alas to do.

App won’t log in
System worked well up till last update. Now at least once a week it goes down and I can’t log into either of the two units I have at different locations. Very frustrating.

Aufnahmen kann man sich nicht angucken. Nur Eieruhr und dann wird der Zeitraum übersprungen.

The app is always crashing and sometimes deletes recordings and the playback works when it wants too extremely anoying always have to be on top of the cameras.
Doris is terrible knows nothing of product
Dont use this app, their service is terrible. Product is good. But service and tech support is non existent. If I could return their product i would but im past the return period. Great product. Garbage customer service
dvr problem
I have to restart my dvr one or two time a week because it alway diconnect to cam... it is bad and not record...
View in real time
It doesn’t slow me to view real time video let alone anything else after I try! App freezes on me and I have to restart it just to find out the it doesn’t work again
