Our intention is not to create an app that is simply “all for money.” Zowaaj was built specifically for Shia Muslims seeking marriage, with a focus on serious intentions, privacy, modesty and creating a safe environment for the community. The subscription model helps us maintain and develop the platform while keeping the service focused on genuine marriage-minded users. We also understand your point regarding the number of profiles available in a specific age range. As a new app, our community is still growing, and the number of suitable matches will naturally vary depending on location, age and other preferences. We are actively working to grow the user base and improve the matching experience. Your feedback about being unable to properly explore profiles and the experience of repeatedly being directed towards the subscription page is especially valuable. We do have a subscription model, but our intention is not to place a price on marriage or prevent people from finding a spouse. The subscription supports the ongoing development, security, moderation and operation of the platform. We also recognise that accessibility is important, and your concerns about the value of the free features are something we take seriously.
