Terrible App
Not sure how this app has 5 stars when all of the reviews are negative and everyone has the same problem. The person at the register rung me up before I could open the app. It was too late to scan it by then. This is the third time they’ve done that. This app doesn’t allow you to scan your receipt.

Got Zoyo with the fam. Before I could get the app out, the person at the register rang it up and then told me I was too late to get the points. This stupid app doesn’t allow you to scan your receipt or get the points in any way after the fact. Lame app.

The point system was far more superior. Points did not transfer

i was told if i download the app i will get points from my froyo purchase. i never did. i went a second time and i asked about how i get the points, do i need a receipt? they said no, it will give you the points on the app (once again). Still no points.

I was told if I created an account and input my phone number my points from in store would transfer onto my account. And now I can’t contact anybody about it, and have no points, under my phone now.
Can’t see the text
The white text is set against a light blue background, making it almost impossible to see along with the text being too tiny to see. Furthermore, all the other text in the app is so tiny and you can’t pinch the screen to enlarge… so you have to take a screenshot to be able to enlarge the view. Even with glasses it’s impossible to see. It also takes several taps to find where the scanning for points is. It would be much better if there was something on the bottom ribbon that you tap just once to scan for points.. instead you have to tap on your account and then tap on another icon that doesn’t make sense to bring up the QR code to scan to earn points. In summation, this app needs a lot of work & the store will NOT let you use your phone number anymore to earn points and all the points that you had associated with your phone number or deleted.

The app does not allow me to purchase at the store using a QR code. Any in-store purchases I make do not get credited to my account. The app doesn’t allow me to choose toppings I want added.
