Sign in redirects to browser and then gives an error code.
When first opening the app and selecting Sign In, the app redirects to the browser and then gives an error code. I was never able to get past this step. Tried initially 5 months ago and tried again today - still no luck. The Mac application works fine, but the mobile app does not.

Can’t even login to the app, every time I hit sign in stays in the login screen.
Not worth the frustration
Has to be connected to wifi to work. Furthest thing from plug and print imaginable. If I could find the engineer and executive team that thought this was a good idea I might commit bodily harm to the whole lot of them for the time and money they have stolen from me.
Impressively bad
The printer app hardly works. As of the time of this review, I can’t even sign in “Due to an unknown error.”

Impressively complicated and difficult to use
Impressive that they managed to make such a simple printer so difficult to set up.
Bricked?!?
The latest update logged me out, it also broke where the sign in button redirects you to, and it’s now a dead link. So I can’t sign in, I can’t print. Essentially bricking my printer.

I have 6 of these machines now as they keep not working, problem is I have 100’s of designs saved so have to keep buying more when the system fails, the customer service is nothing short of atrocious, absolutely useless, I have bought tons of labels and they are now all lying defunct

Doesn’t work half the time nor connect to the internet. Never again will I purchase a Zebra anything.
First Impressions Positive
There only appears to be negative reviews for this but so far I’ve had a positive first impression.
Using an iPad to install the App it does require a ZBS account to be created but then followed the simple prompts setting up Bluetooth and then WiFi just worked and printed a test label.
Using the 4x6XL label selecting the printer from within eBay “print postage label” was able to select the ZPS and printed succesfully.
Time will tell on the disconnect issues but so far so good

This printer just stopped connect to the WiFi
Iv gone through all the suggested solution and it just doesn’t work
Never should have bought it.
Printer is often offline when I continue it. PC app is often signed out when I need it. Extreme complexity for something that should have 100% uptime. Horrible product.

I have to constantly delete and download this app to make it work. Sad :(
Great printer, terrible software
I’ve used this for a couple of years now. The printer is fantastic. The labels, whilst pricy, are environmentally friendly and work very nicely too.
The problem is the software. The requirement to be logged in to an app, that often forgets who you are across Windows, macOS and iOS. You can’t have more than one account per “tenant”. There are so many problems that it’s a struggle to list them all here.
I don’t mind having an app to monitor labels or similar but as other reviews have said. This should be AirPrint capable, and not be behind a software wall to print on a local network.
This is a disastrous implementation of software for great hardware. A real shame.

Yep, it’s really that bad!
The app shouldn’t exist, it makes you think you can DO things with it! Web portal is the only way to use this printer, app does basically nothing. Also don’t try using the web portal on your phone unless you want to throw your phone against a concrete wall, as that is the inevitable outcome. I also have a Brother label printer and the app is amazing, though the label printing is much slower than the Zebra.

Omg, just don’t buy this product
This printer and software is practically unusable. When it works it takes you 30 min to set it up, when it doesn’t work…well that’s almost every time.

One the most worst printer ever using for my business. I am not understanding why need to get so much information and need to register for just printing labels and why can not be air print to make easy. All about control and collecting data.
Terrible software
I regret buying this printer because the software and app are such a nightmare to use. When it works, it is okay, but if any small thing ever changes (including unplugging the printer to move it across the room) it is a royal pain to get operational again.
