Just installed, tried to signup, timeout is the result. Whatever I attempt is a timeout.

The app stop responding after months of use. Fail.
Don’t know if it’s a good thing or not…
…because it won’t allow me to sign up or sign in. I get a “timeout” icon each Tim I tried…on two devices. Oh, well…

Buyers Beware! This is probably the worst company we have ever had to deal with. This company which includes Zmodo, Zsight and Meshare does not support their products or update their apps! If you need a camera or surveillance system go with another company!

Useless
Cameras cannot be removed from accounts except by the original account holder, even though I have the actual cameras in my house. Which means that even though the cameras are in my house, my ex boyfriend has access to them because the cameras were originally on his account. And I can’t remove them from his account and transfer them to my own account even though I HAVE THE CAMERAS. Making them completely useless. What a waste of money.

No power
There isn’t any power?
Can’t even sign in!
It’s telling me I already have an account, but when I attempt to reset the pwd, it comes from and links to a different app. That app wants the QR code from the packaging. But when I scan that it tells me it’s not a recognized code! The package instructions direct me here, but nothing’s working as it says it should (with very little set-up), on the packaging!

Not user friendly
Only one person can connect to the camera and then has to share constantly. Sadly the first to connect in my home wasn’t the person who needs to see the yard the most.
App crashes!
Cannot put the wifi password into the app settings, please fix!
Strange
The app is crap, and I don’t like how they want you to pay for more time to keep the video on the recorder. I found that you can turn off the recorder and still see live and alerts from the pc or your phone. Why buy a recorder unless you are going to pay for cloud service. They don’t tell you this when you buy it.

Junk
This camera system worked really well for a year or so. Got short clips for any event and I was really ok with the service. But now the app is virtually unusable. Don’t waste your money on the cameras and NVR. Get a real camera system.
Garbage
This is not a good app for years it have done fine but this year is the worst I seen it act up app is freezing up and don’t show live picture on my apple ipad I have delete the app again and again install it back on the iPad I get the same results I’m using the zsight app

Zmodo never connects
Last few months this app is crashed hasnt worked from last oct2019 z miso . Some days it takes hours logging in. V disappointed
Needs to be updated big time
We’ve had 4 cameras with this app for a long time. But the app is glitchy on my iPad. It works reasonably well on my android phone, but it will only capture 1 of the 4 cameras on iPad, rendering the app pretty much useless.
