Received an error message unable to connect, no help despite support tickets. Huge disappointment

Paid for an annual subscription that never worked. Kept getting an error when trying to connect to any server. Took support a week to respond to my ticket AFTER I received a full refund (Thanks Apple). Leave it the professionals and don’t bother. All of that hype about responding to tickets in 12 hours is a lie. App hasn’t been updated in over a year. In his tutorials, Zaid always says that he’s lazy soo…believe him! Customer service is also horrible. Do not buy!

Good value VPN
Most VPN charge a lot for users to use their services l only pay about $ 8 aud for a full month sub. The service itself is simple and easy to use, servers however do not show you the different origins from where they are from which is a minor issue. I would recommend using this VPN service above nordvpn and avast, especially for the price it offers and more options for servers( ad blocker, TCP, streaming servers).
