Please fix opening the video. I tried opening the video wide screen and it doesn’t work.

Too bad
There’s no sound when the video plays and the app doesn’t have any real instruction. Very basic app. It is a one time fee, which is nice, but there was no way to know it wouldn’t work before paying the one time fee so that is frustrating.
