The green screen didn’t work ☹️
I bought the green screen but then for some reason when I went back on it it said it was still locked 🔒. I tried again and it said I hadn’t bought it, so I tried buying it again and then it said that I already had it. It’s still unlocked tho. Please help me

I paid for green screen and draw tools a month ago. To this date, they still don’t work for iPads. Don’t waste your money until they figure out how to work with iPads. Never was refunded.....
Superb support
We’ve had lots of fun with this app. Used if for years. My young children love it. Makes animation easy. We love the onion-skinning. Incredibly we got instant support every time we asked for help. Extremely helpful developer!
Crashes as soon as it's interacted with!
Bought this for my son as he uses it at school. Whenever we tap on anything it just quits the app. Total waste of money. Would have 0 Stars if that was possible, as I now have a really upset 7yr old.

Daughter used this in primary school, and wanted to use it in some Year 7 homework.
Got it (opened no problem) and her and friends had fun making a 2min 10 second animation. Played nice in the app, however when exporting the audio slipped a few seconds.
Mailed support...got a reply in seconds and uploaded the film. They fixed it and sent it back within 4 hours.
Great outcome....happy kids.... homework done. And great caring customer service that solved a problem without hesitation. Fantastic. Wish all placed such stock in customer satisfaction.

Brilliant, and it does work perfectly.
I looked at lots of animation apps for my kids to use (9and 12), before settling on this, because of the appropriateness for kids, and the great reviews of the software. I admit I was slightly concerned by the 2 recent reviews, so I rang the number on the website. After an extremely informative and helpful chat, I decided to go ahead an download the app, confident that if there was any difficulty with download or use, I had a helpline to ring. Fair enough, when I tried to open the app initially, it wouldn't open. This was solved instantly however, by another chat with the helpful lady. The kids have spent the first rainy day of their holiday happily creating an extensive video together, using lots of imagination, and learning loads. They have both done some animation at school, and are ecstatic with how brilliant this app is, compared to what they've had access to at school.
Please take no notice of the negative reviews, the website and people on the end of the phone are "super brilliant" (the kids words) !

it does not work
The take picture feature does not work. Haven't explored other features but what good can be a animation software that cannot even put a few pictures together ?

App does not work, will be looking to get a refund. Avoid.

I want my money back please. App opens then crashes after 10 seconds.
Great animation app!
This app provides a really simple and fun way to make great animations! I have used other animation apps before and been disappointed, but with this you can easily add titles, credits and sounds to make great looking films really easily. Worth every penny in my opinion.
Worth the wait!
I love Zu3D and have been waiting for it on iPad for what seems like ages. Dead impressed, all the features are here even the speech bubbles! I thought they would dumb down the app like most stop motion apps, you find, but no its all there and a sound library as well with sound effects. great fun! Well worth the price. The tutorial is useful and tells you all the special iPad gestures that speed up the film making process. Looking forward to trying out the time lapse feature too. Thank you Zu3D you have not disappointed!

Great
I've used this app to make load of films with my small children and they love it! They make animations of Thomas trains or my little pony. It is so quick and easy for them to get started and see what they are doing. Then we love to work together adding sound effects and music and speech bubbles.

It doesn't work
I bought this with not very high expectations as the computer version is £40 but even these low standards were not met. The sound editing doesn't work, the speech bubbles don't work, the onion skinning doesn't work, the titles and subtitles don't work and the app keeps on glitchy get out-very poor for an expensive app

Fantastic piece of software!
If you like stop motion animation and want the best app on the IPad for it then get zu3d! Easy to use, full of great features and effects and a brilliant interface you can't ask for more! The results are amazing and the animations well there endless! A great app well designed and well worth the money! Buy it you will not be disappointed.

Brilliant app but contains fatal bugs
A brilliant app, simple to use and you get fantastic results. The interface is intuitive and carefully designed.
However having been delighted by the first results the app keeps crashing or giving error message. The errors seem to be caused by the addition of sounds from the library. Please fix the bug soon. Only reason for 3stars otherwise certainly a 5.

Christmas Present
A last minute Christmas present for my children, which kept them entertained for hours! Also a great way to keep their brains ticking over during the holidays, in a fun and entertaining way. Great app, great fun.

This is amazing. One of the most comprehensive apps I've come across. A quick skip through the tutorial and we were off. The possibilities are endless - from short fun animations to full on complex films. This is brilliant for kids and adults. Worth every penny. We love it.
