New card reveal option: tap or swipe (drag to reveal/hide). New Spy options: choose whether to tell the spy (small label next to the word) and whether the spy has a word or no word. More scalable rounds: duration based on players with configurable seconds per player, or a fixed round duration. Settings are now available only in Player setup to prevent changes during the game. Fixes and stability improvements (including a crash when opening Settings from setup).
