Doesn’t work
Can’t connect the app to wifi, Bluetooth randomly disconnects. The app logo has changed from when the manual had printed but the QR code brings up this app. It would be nice if it would work
Not working
I downloaded this app because all of the gate remotes are out of stock. I need multiple remotes for the people in my household and the vehicles that we have this app literally works once then I have to uninstall it and reinstall it. I know that before I leave the house I need to uninstall the app. I need to reinstall the app so that when I come back to the house, I can get back in my gates.

This app is terrible, I wish I would’ve known that before buying the opener.
App never works
This app worked ok the first month we had it now it never works. And if it does work it only works once a day. WiFi is not the issue we have other IOT devices in the same area that work fine. I even had this plugged into an outlet I get turn it off and on if it’s not working. That use to work but since they have updated the app that no longer works. Problem is we have animals relying on this while we are out of town.

This company needs more work under their products app never works can’t even pair to the Wi-Fi nor does the app open unit opens by itself late at night or in late mid morning contacted support. They don’t even know what to do returning it going back my Q unit
Used to sort of work before name change
The app before they renamed it to KOVO from ZUMI used to work, but has been completely rendered useless with the update.
Waste of time
This is probably the buggiest app I have used in a long time almost nothing works. Random crashes with Chinese characters.

Can not add the electronic gate in the app. After enter the WiFi passcode, nothing happen.

Worst app ever, half of the time the app doesn’t work, dumps the account, unable to sign in some times. When verification code has been sent to your phone and try to sign in, it tells you is the wrong phone number…. Makes no sense!

This app is a complete failure. I can’t even get registered to use it. Tells me my phone number is invalid even though it sends me a code to enter.

I’ve tried everything but the app cannot get my device to connect to my 2.4ghz network. I’ve done everything support told me to do and now they are not responding
Opener works well; app not useful
The opener works well, very well so far. To be useful, the app needs improvements. When are you releasing the next version? I’m going to give you fours stars on the belief the gate opener will have a long life AND YOU WILL MAKE THE APP RIGHT.
Not good
Step by steps are laid out ok, but if you make a mistake, sometime you get non-English error messages. On multiple steps, it took repeated tries doing the same thing over and over before it worked. Sometimes trying later/next day seems to matter. I eventually did get in, did add a device, but can’t actually control anything and the device status is wrong and won’t change.

This app sucks for connecting to my gate opener. It worked and then it doesn’t work and I’ve spent hours trying to fix it.
Completely Non-functional
Nonsense error messages during setup that endlessly repeat. (version 2.0.0)
App needs updating
The app needs updating bad. I have sent several request and nothing. Sometimes it doesn’t know if it’s opening or closing. Scenes do not work at all and you can’t delete them. Also a CarPlay app would e awesome.
