App Woes
While attempting to place an order on the app, it would not accept the auto selected address to ship. I tried multiple ways, nothing. So I went to the website, added shipping address as the default. Went back to the app; logged off and back in. Attempted to complete my cart and it did not synchronize to show my default address. It asked me again for the shipping address. After much frustration I back to the website, completed my order. The app doesn’t even recognize that an order was placed. On the bright side, the website works perfectly. The app should have had UAT prior to launching 💯
