Outdated and slow
I’ve used zutec for nearly a decade. What looked like a promising start has been a let down by poor customer service and no meaningful updates over the span that I’ve used the software.
Getting ridiculous now
Every update made to this app makes it worse, inhibiting some other feature in some way, making users jobs harder.
We give you feedback, you don’t listen.
The camera is still broken, you cant even close it. Still no zoom function like before, but thats okay because it “speeds up the process”. I now have to leave the app to take photos because the camera is stuck on 2x zoom and is un-closable. Far from a speed up.
The app still crashes when updating statuses back to back.
Syncing still freezes
It comes across as if the people making this app don’t even test it for purpose
We pay a lot to use this software and get downgrades in return

Buggy app.
- The app crashed often.
- limited functionality compared to the website, attachments only permit photographs on the app.
- When scrolling a project, the images do not all show up as visible. You must click on the item then click the paperclip. Sync brings them back temporarly until you scroll again. As the title says, very buggy.
- Support does quick fixes and patches on specific items raised from what I have experienced. I would appreciate overall application improvement.

Keeps crashing when using filters
Ignoring the normal irritable bugs, the app now crashes and is unusable following use of filters. This has rendered my iPad useless.
