Difficult to navigate
The service is good, the app is terrible.
Too much tiny junk on each page but the worst part is there is no obvious or intuitive way to stop charging. Sometimes I find my way to it, sometimes I have to stop charging through support or the cars menu.

Proprietary RFID card
Downloaded the app to try out the CitiPower kerbside charging trail in Melbourne. There does not appear to be a method to add my existing RFID card to the app, a big disincentive to use the app for my payment method
Great for metro EV charging
One of the better EV charging apps I’ve used. Clear charger info, transparent pricing and easy session start. Especially useful for metro drivers with great visibility of nearby public charging stations and street chargers. Looking forward to seeing the network continue to expand.
So simple, so helpful
Love this app, easy to use and gives me the ability to plan my charge sessions around my day. The nearby ammenities and charger reviews are really helpful.
