L’etape climb portal
5 hours and 15 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back because Zwift advertised the L’etape climb portal challenge to finish on the 6 of July but really it finished on the “5th of July”. Zwift was really good until Zwift scammed me
Events not showing.
Live events aren’t showing in Zwift app. Deleted and redownloaded multiple times and apps upto data with updates.

課金したのに
課金してやろうとしたが何十分経とうが全く反映されない。再起動しても無理で結局今日はズイフトをするのを諦めた。お金を返してほしいレベル。その後返金された後にもう一度課金したがまたもログインできずサポートに連絡したが何回かやりとりした後音信不通になった。

This app looks and feels like it hasn’t been updated since 2010. It’s so difficult to do anything. I wouldn’t pay $5 a year for this let alone $200

What in the uptown fifi is this? I was trying to make my account on swift until the checker said (I’m at least 16 year old). I turned that off Ofcorse, but when I try making in, it said that I was unable to create one. Why was it rated 4+ in the first place?

バイクを購入できるメーカーや種類は多くないし、 アップデートも少ない。クライムポータルとかもずっと仮想空間画面だが、金とってるんだからいい加減ポリゴン化したらどうか？
ハードの問題と言われるかもしれないが、iPadでプレイしているがwatopiaなど人数が多いところに入ると落ちる。本当の映像ではなく所詮ポリゴンなんだから画質なんてこっちで落とせるようにできるオプションを作って欲しい。FTPテストが落ちる時なんかは本当に腹が立つ。私はソロでトレーニングするのが目的だから、他の人のいない空間に入る機能がほしい。

Forced update
I went to do a 2hr cycle, the app said it needed to update, it usually does this in 2 to 3 mins. The update started, it said it would finish in 22-25mins WTF………,
SO I HAD TO SIT THERE UNTIL IT UPDATED,I wasted 25mins+ of cycle time, useless, it should have warned me beforehand, I’ll know for sure next time the fffff stupid app

Font Changes
Font changes on latest update are more difficult to read when riding. I now rely on Companion.
Please stop breaking iPad functionality
FTP editing is still broken and now Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work. iPhone works.

Gameified Fitness Miracle
I fell down two stairs and broke my ankle badly. During the long healing and rehab, I got on an exercise bike at physical therapy, and liked it. I got an under desk bike when my PT ended, which I thought I’d use while working to keep my ankle loose. It game with a trial for Zwift. I was hooked. And my rehab accelerated. I upgraded to an exercise bike, completed the return to fitness workout plan, then the Grand Fondo plan, then I completed a 100KM ride, then I completed a 100 mile ride. On my 53rd birthday completed a 53 mile ride with 5300+ feet of climbing. I’ve grown to class C racing. I got the Tron bike. I did the spring classics on 100%. I’ve met a lot of folks around the world, and ridden 100ks regularly. I did the Rapha 500 and the Pas Normal 1000.
All in an app because I fell down two stairs. Zwift didn’t save my life. But it made my life a lot better.

Update not working
Worked great since may 2026 update. Now I can’t launch the app on either of my 3 devices. Disappointing since I have been using the service for more than a year now.
So slow
The App, the website… everything is so slow and glitchy. Fun platform, but needs a lot of improvement.
