Great for training on my own
Really like the idea behind ZYM. It makes it much easier to know what to work on instead of just going to the gym without a plan. The training feels structured and focused on improving athletic performance, especially for basketball. Excited to see how the app keeps improving.
More than just an app
Love how simple and intuitive this app is. The video motion-check feature is a standout. Just send a clip and get real feedback on your technique. The community keeps you motivated and makes solo training feel less lonely. The little checkbox after each session is such a small thing, but ticking it off every day genuinely makes me feel accomplished. Highly recommend!

I started to use ZYM since the TestFlight version as an external tester, and the AI chats are fun with different characters and make you feel like talking to real coaches for any questions.
