Please don’t download this app only .. this app doesn’t have proper info about anything...I went walking for nearly 2km to nearest hub to pick vehicle but there is no outlet at all ...worst service....please choose other modes like bounce and Vogo
Application is crashing
I downloaded this application but when i tried to login its get crashed and this thing is happening repeatedly when i tried to login i also uninstall and reinstall this application 10times but facing the same situation
Mobycy
Off late I started facing challenge using the ride as I could not end the ride using iPhone. I was charged very high as the ride was open even after I completed it physically.
Have not been using Mobycy services for last one week.
Shall start only when the IOS updated happens and am able to stop/finish the ride using app, on reaching destination.

Bike locking issue
I am taking the bike on daily basis from huda city center and from last three days I am facing the issue with bike lock , the number mention in app is not reachable and I m giving unnecessary amount to Mobycy .
The worst first time experience!
I have tried to use your service first time as I was bit late and not getting Any shares transport but it was turned be the worst experience. The scooter got unlocked showing 60 percent battery but it does not get started. I tried my level best to start the same with all the Knowlege I have and finally I decided to end my ride. But it was not allowing me to end my ride saying I am leaving the scooter on non parking zone but I have found this scooter at the same place only and it doesn’t move even an inch. I have then contacted the customer care. The lady other end was very soft spoken but she could not help me the asked me to pause the ride from app and she will end the ride from her side. Finally my ride got end and deducted money from my wallet where I have not used the scooter for even one min. This is very pathetic and annoying experience. They don’t care about the customer experience. This is the worst experience I had in my life.

A good idea and environment friendly concept
I used Mobcy almost every day. It’s easy to use and cheap compare to other options available to reach my office from metro. Hope to see Mobycy in Delhi. Good concept and environment friendly idea. I enjoyed Mobycy rides.

Amazing service with electric scooter
I liked riding their Zypp electric scooters, simple to use and eco friendly. Also instead of spending more on auto and cabs, this definitely is a cost friendly option too. Keep bikes well maintained to serve well.

When terrible execution ruins the noble idea last mile connectivity
I was excited about the idea of non-motorized and economical mode of last mile connectivity. Mobycy seems to be the pioneer in shared biking. Noble enough.
But the maintenance of bikes is non-existent. It was an ordeal to ride it to the station five minutes away this morning. And who in earth opens customer service phone lines at 10 AM?! The in-app complaint logger doesn't give space for bike maintenance issues (poor resolution mechanism).
Many of us who saw Mobycy as a panacea for last mile connectivity are thoroughly disappointed.

Never works
Tried at different location in Bengaluru but it always says no bike available. Don’t know why company has launched this kind of service . Anyways deleting this app permanently.
Bad Idea, and Poor implementation.
My campus decided to make this the only form of fast transport available to any student. Turned out that bikes corroded fast, baskets fell off, and the project turned out to be such a colossal disaster that now they’re just an embarrassment to the company. Any student/faculty/guest that visits our campus is just going to see defunct cycles that rarely work. Please, either troubleshoot your problems or wind up the company.
