Bad App
This app is not user friendly. The support is not great. The reviews are inflated by shills trying to push a coin and earn points.
Glitchy
The app is a mess. I wanted to like it but it’s almost not usable.
Buying a virtual card is a pain in the butt. You purchase on the app, then you get an email, then you have to create an account with some sketchy third party with ur name and address then you can finally get your virtual card that some places won’t accept.
The app glitches, sometimes I get random error screens and sometimes the app will just crash.
Their support team is ONE person! All around I don’t trust this app with my crypto or business.

However, some important things to note: - We have live support staff practically 24/7/365 with agents covering every time zone. You are likely referring to the specific agent that was assigned to your case. - It appears you purchased a non-reloadable card. If you were to use our Zypto-branded reloadable cards, the experience is much more integrated. Gift card style cards are issued by third parties, so the redeem process is on their site. We are simply resellers. - We would very much appreciate it if you could share any screenshots of errors, etc. so that we can continue to optimise every part of the app.

This app is FILLED with hidden fees, layers and layers of actions just to waste your time and get more fees out of you. Zero transparency on anything. Everything is handled via another service, so do yourself a favor and use those services directly instead. Half the pages don’t load and the app is painstakingly slow. Almost all the reviews are bots and fake. I learned that the hard way.

The best crypto app I've ever used
I've tried so many wallets and crypto apps over the years and nothing comes close to Zypto App. It's fast, slick and makes everything simple.... from swapping tokens across chains to paying my bills with crypto. The visa cards are a game changer, spend your crypto instantly without offramping first, and I load them up on a pump for extra $$$. This is exactly what a crypto app should be. Best Defi Wallet
This wallet is revolutionary and the ability to gain what are called Zyps (essentially dividends) from just holding the token and watching others use the payment service is insane. I have already redeemed my Zyps for cash that I downloaded to a card. It wasn’t life changing yet, but definitely helped out the monthly budget. I cannot wait until my monthly budget reflects the Zyps I receive and not what I make at my 9-5. I know it’s coming; it’s just a matter of when not if.

Great App
Heard about Zypto from a friend. Used it to turn some Bitcoin into a pre paid Visa card. Couldn’t of been easier!
Good crypto wallet
Been using this a while now, prefer it to MetaMask and trust wallet. It’s really smooth love the moneygram integration and being able to get a debit card.
