Log Your Allergies
Seasonal allergies leave you feeling pretty out of control a lot of the time. Logging my symptoms and being able to reliably predict my weekend is crucial. I’ve learned a lot from this app.

They steal and sell your data
They have no need for user data. The app was created to collect or steal and then sell the user data to others.
Stopped working
I liked this app when I first downloaded it but it has since stopped working, perhaps after the latest update. The app works beautifully when you login for the first time, but any time you open the app after that initial login it just shows “Calculating”. I’ve rebooted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app but the problem persists.

Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the Zyrtec app yesterday (May 5, 2025) because I suffer from severe allergies and needed a reliable way to monitor pollen levels.
Initially, the app performed excellently, providing quick and accurate information.
However, this afternoon, my wife and I went for a walk, so we drove to the park and I opened the app, but it failed to function!
I tried restarting my phone and the app multiple times, but it was still unresponsive, showing a message that it was calculating. Despite my efforts, it continued to display “calculating” without any results.
After our walk, I kept the app open to see if it would eventually provide an update. After 56 minutes, it was still stuck on calculating.
I’m very disappointed that I couldn’t depend on the app for information before my walk.
As a result, I’ve decided to delete the app. If I can’t trust it to work properly the first time I really need it, I doubt its reliability in the future. It raises concerns about the accuracy of the information it provides, especially if it can’t even deliver basic updates or notify users of system issues.
For me, this is an easy decision, and I will delete it after posting this review.
So, proceed with caution if you choose to use it. It may or may not function as intended.

Spinning cursor and nothing more
I have an iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 18.4.1. All I get is the spinning cursor that doesn’t stop. I have 53 gigs of free space on my phone. What am I supposed to do to get it to work?
Totally inaccurate
My local news weather report says that tree pollen is high, and will be for the next few weeks, yet this app says it’s low and will be low for the next few days!

Great at first
I really love this at first but now every time I try to go into it it just keeps spinning and won’t open and I have to delete it and re-download it for it to work. Completely annoying. I will stop using it.
Loading Issues
When the app works it is awesome. It seems to have issues every other day where it does not load, so I have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work. I cannot find any help to figure out why it will not load.
Poor logic of the app design
The app “measures” the pollen severeness by asking people how they feel about the allergens. If you have two accounts one answered their questions and the other did not, you will get two very different allergy measurements. The one you did not answer will tell you there is little allergen in the air. This is like a weather station going around to ask people about how they feel about temperature, then based on people’s answers they tell you today is going to be hot or cold.

App not consistently working
I’ve had to delete the app many times and download again and again for it to work. I love this app however of late is not working and not reliable therefore I downloaded another app. . Please fix it!
My Regular Go-To Allergy App
My family and I have been using this app for more than three years, and it has been an essential go-to tool for all of us. Over the years, updates have made the app more user-friendly, and the addition of new allergens has helped us plan our days/weeks.

Never works
This app never works, it will say calculating and nothing will load! I switched from webmd allergy and I thought this would be better but it worked once and never worked again.
Same error message for months
I used to love this app to track my allergy symptoms but for the last 4 months I receive an error message stating my symptoms can’t be tracked. I saw a review from April where someone else stated this with a follow up that they were working on it? So it’s been 2.5 months and still nothing?
Log symptoms and then disappear
I’ve been struggling the last 2 weeks with ash pollen, this app is telling me there is low to no pollen in my area but a level 2-3 all around me. I’ve logged my symptoms and when I look at trends I have no symptoms logged in. The app alerts me that my symptoms the next day will be severe. I’ve been using this app for years. It helped me wrangle my allergies when I lived in Florida, I now live in Washington, totally different allergies and the app takes forever to load and I often get system down check back later. I’m looking at another app for help

Systems down
Who is making sure that users can & are successfully logging allergy symptoms? I’ve been getting this “ Systems down

Please try again later.”, for weeks now. Initially, all appears in working order, yet when I enter symptoms on all 3 pages & submit.. I get the same msg & what appears to be no logged data & certain not, no indication of changed allergy forecasting on the logged info. The app had been a great resource for prepping for the day or understanding why current symptoms are being experienced.
It’s great to see updates available, but QA needs to actually confirm functionality of the app via the end users POV as well. iPhone user. WiFi. Full battery. Latest iOS as of today.
Please address this issue so I may adjust my rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when working as intended. Sigh.
