Langsam und wenig funktioniert
Sonst ok aber sehr langsam die App und es wäre schön wenn man nicht nur Fotos und Videos hochladen kann von unterwegs aus. Normale Dateien pdf Order etc. bitte verbessern

Photo backup not working in background
Me and my wife wants backup of photos, but: the app uploading only when the phone screen is awaken and app is in phone “foreground”. So there are lot of photos and We do not have time to pernamently click to phone screen to keeping connection alive. Why this action is not possible in phone background? I do not want to use apps from 3rd party for this primitive functionality. Also changing the NAS only becouse the app is not well writen seems crazy to me. Please can someone solve this obstacle?

Waste of phone storage space
Drive itself works great, web GUI is fine, this app is junk. Constantly crashes.
I Can’t access to this app
I logged into my account, and only showed connecting. And no connects at all to the app or the info in my drive. Only I can access to my drive when I’m home and local connection. Remotely or by this app, doesn’t work.
Unbelievable pice of sht
Keep crashing and kick me off everytime i open it, it never worked , plus the poor interface same as all software related to zyxel nas , a product which is not ready , why they sell it before its done , the owncloud also not compatible with whatever the nas drive work with , there is alot of gleches makes it hard to use that nas drive is a big lie zyxel put their name in the ground with this awful things

While upload app exits
App was working fine until 1 point when there are left less the 2000pics to upload with instant upload task and when I enter the app and it connects to the nas and says connected after a few seconds it just exits the app with no error message what so ever, do you know what could cause this?

Terrible iPad UI, slow, but functional
Thanks for releasing a bare bones app for accessing my files, but really in this day and age having an app that can’t scale to an iPad screen and instead looks like an iPhone app with black bars on the side is just awful.
Absturz bei Upload
Bei jedem Versuch, die Fotos vom iPhone (11pro, iOS 13.5) auf den NAS542 hochzuladen, stürzt die App nach einigen Sekunden ab und die Verbindung zum NAS wird getrennt. Absolut nicht zu gebrauchen.
Zyxel Drive stopped working
App was working just fine. I was using instant upload from my phone and wife’s to backup all photos into nas.
Now it’s dead. Not uploading and getting “connection error.(205)” when I try to browse thru folders.
Managed to get zCloud app to work, instant upload is working, but missing the picture segregation by creating date folders, now zCloud creates “all photos” folder and copies everything there 😔
Most likely Zyxel will not fix this, they have one of the worst customer support ever. Looking for other options for the moment, if not, QNAP or Synology will replace this 520NAS. Not going to buy anything else from Zyxel ever!

You can’t move files to another folder at the root. Rubbish. 202 connection error. Sharing doesn’t work, all in all just a rubbish, rubbish product.
Nothing but frustration
I figured with all of the complaints on this app that the developers would have gotten on it to fix it. I do them having so many problems with staying connected. This app crashes whenever I try to upload or download pictures videos or files. What’s the point if every time I logon I get kicked off because it crashes. I thought the point of this was so that way I can access this from outside of my house anywhere on the go.
****Developers can you please take a look at your program and fix it? Having this network attach storage app is pointless if I can’t even access it. I will say that the app itself is very user-friendly as the path to each of the folders is very well set up. I still give it zero stars because hell a toddler can make a map of this.

ZyXEL Drive
Works well if just using for oneself but the sharing option to a friend doesn’t seem to work. It sends a link for them to connect, shows a share icon but says the folder is empty.

Overall a good application but It has a lot of bugs:
- sometimes cannot retrieve folder / file list from the NAS326
- when using the “Use camera” option to upload a picture, the application crashes

Backup photos
You can easily set this up to backup your photos to your NAS drive, unfortunately you must have the app open to do this, it doesn’t automatically upload your photos as a background task or service otherwise this would have been great! I would imagine the developer could easily create this function, let’s see how good zyxel are at support and development 😉

Absturz bei Iphone 7plus
Es könnte so einfach sein, seine Mediendateien in die eigene Clood zu schicken . Leider stürzt die App beim iphone 7+ nach wenigen Sekunden ab, sobald man Dateien up- oder downloaden will. So leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Schade!
