Isodose RT

Isodose RT puts verified organ-at-risk dose constraints in your hand at the point of plan review. It is built for radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, and trainees who need the right limit, for the right structure, with the source to back it up. Every constraint is traced to its published primary. You see the exact structure the limit was validated on, for example whole lung minus GTV or brain minus GTV, along with the toxicity endpoint, the evidence grade, a verbatim source snippet, and a resolvable DOI. No value is shown as approved without a verified reference. WHAT YOU GET • A searchable library of organ-at-risk dose constraints across conventional, SBRT, and SRS, drawn from QUANTEC, HyTEC, TG-101, and other validated sources • Pediatric tolerances from PENTEC, labelled so you always know when a limit is pediatric • NTCP by the Lyman-Kutcher-Burman model and TCP, computed from published parameters, with every assumption shown: formula, alpha beta, dose basis, and the parameter source • EQD2 and BED conversion • A plan checker: enter your achieved doses and see pass or fail against the limits, with the modeled risk where a published curve exists for that organ and endpoint • Delineation atlas figures and plain anatomy for each organ • Favourites and full-text search across organ, synonym, and toxicity WHY CLINICIANS TRUST IT • Each limit names the structure it was validated on, so you are not guessing whole organ against organ minus target • The calculators never hide the math • Sources resolve to a DOI you can open and read FREE AND PREMIUM The free tier covers EQD2, BED, and the core adult conventional constraints. Premium opens the full library across SBRT and SRS, the NTCP and TCP calculators, the plan checker, unlimited favourites, and notifications when guidelines change. IMPORTANT Isodose RT is a reference aid, not a treatment planning system. Always verify against your institutional protocol before any clinical use.
