To do this, your user input, measurements from the speed and connection tests and system data are collected in anonymized form and sent to the Sunrise measuring systems. The data and measurements received from the app are collected in a Sunrise database and used to generate anonymous statistics about the quality of the Sunrise mobile phone network. Using this app will help Sunrise develop and improve its mobile network, with a focus on customers. Range of features: Manual or automatic feedback You will be able to individually trigger a connection or speed test of mobile data transmission manually, and if your mobile network experience is not first-rate, you will be able to communicate very specific information to Sunrise. Alternatively, the app can be set up so that technical parameters (such as wireless network information) can be regularly and automatically recorded in the background and sent to Sunrise (data consumption less than 2 MB/month). Data protection: guaranteed 24/7 Whether manual or automatic: all data collected through this app are processed only by Sunrise and only for the aforementioned purposes in accordance with the Swiss data protection legislation and the data protection provisions of the Sunrise general terms and conditions (www.sunrise.ch/gtc).
