Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Black Lite at 4.6 against TweEQ's 3.6. Black Lite also leads on ratings volume (4.4K vs 8) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). TweEQ's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.
