Verdict
Bounce Viewer and Flock Safety both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Bounce Viewer's written reviews are positive against 57% of Flock Safety's. Flock Safety's advantage is ratings volume (7.8K vs 8) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
