Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: NoCodeApp at 5.0 against Citizen Digital's 2.8. NoCodeApp also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.0). Citizen Digital's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
