Device System Services holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Device System Services has 394 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Bluetooth Smart Data's written reviews are positive against 52% of Device System Services's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Bluetooth Smart Data ships an update every 2 months, Device System Services every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
