The TurboTool® app makes it easy for service technicians to troubleshoot Danfoss Turbocor® compressors out in the field. You can use the app to help you identify symptoms, work through possible causes, and get recommended next steps. You can also instantly access TurboTool® quick reference charts. Please note that the recommendations found in the app are intended for experienced professionals familiar with Turbocor® compressors. TurboTool® should not be used by non-professionals without adequate training. How to Use When starting up TurboTool®, you'll first be taken to the Component tab, which displays a cutaway image of a Danfoss Turbocor® compressor. Select which component is having issues and TurboTool® will display a list of symptoms you can match with the compressor being serviced. You can also resolve issues on the Compressor tab by selecting symptoms on a compressor level. Both tabs allow you to see potential causes, solutions, and service literature to reference for further information. The Verify tab provides the correct operating parameters for key components, eliminating the need to keep paper documents on hand. TurboTool® also gives you access to service videos that demonstrate how to remove, install, and rebuild key components in Turbocor® compressors as well as hundreds of pages of parts catalogs and training manuals. Finally, TurboTool® helps you quickly identify required spare parts. Simply scan the compressor's serial # using your smartphone camera or enter the part or model number, and the app will display potential spare parts kits. Signal Scope Studio combines a dual-channel oscillator, an output signal simulator, a live microphone oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer, and a stereo decibel meter in one audio toolkit. DUAL SIGNAL GENERATOR • Set sine, square, triangle, falling sawtooth, or white noise independently for LEFT and RIGHT • Adjust frequency from 20 Hz to 20 kHz and volume from 0 to 100% with 270-degree dials. Frequency also supports numeric entry • Adjust left and right frequency and volume independently, or link them while preserving the ratios at the time linking is enabled • Output different frequencies from the left and right channels to produce beats and other effects OUTPUT SIGNAL SIMULATOR • Linearly sum LEFT + RIGHT internally and display the waveform and spectrum together • Adjust Auto Trigger, freeze/resume, vertical and horizontal zoom, and refresh interval • Control frequency range, spectrum sensitivity, and FFT resolution with dials or pinch and pan gestures • Save high-resolution graphs with a dark navy background, white text, and green traces to Photos WAVESCOPE • Display the time-domain waveform and frequency spectrum of microphone input together in real time • Use Auto Trigger, freeze display, pinch zoom, and a movable settings window • Open Dual Signal Generator within the app and measure the actual sound emitted by the same device DECIBEL METER • Display relative microphone input levels on analog-style VU meters in real time • Automatically detect stereo or mono input: two separate meters for the left and right channels in stereo, or one meter in mono • Use PEAK indicators to spot brief sounds near the maximum input level • Save a calibration offset to match a commercial decibel meter MORE • All features are available for seven days from the original download date. After the trial, Dual Signal Generator and Decibel Meter remain free to use; a one-time purchase lets you continue using WaveScope. • Includes detailed offline manuals in Japanese, English, and French. • Supports iPhone and iPad in portrait and landscape. PLEASE NOTE • Measurements depend on the device and environment. • This app is intended for education, experiments, and general audio checks.
