Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Akhbar Morocco at 4.4 against Goud's 2.5. Akhbar Morocco also leads on ratings volume (338 vs 2) and device support. Goud's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Akhbar Morocco holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Akhbar Morocco has 338 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
