Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Quadrober Simulator at 4.5 against Two Lines's 4.0. Quadrober Simulator also leads on update cadence (every 8 months vs every 54 months) and ratings volume (74 vs 4). Two Lines's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 85%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Quadrober Simulator holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quadrober Simulator has 74 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Two Lines's written reviews are positive against 85% of Quadrober Simulator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Two Lines ships an update every 54 months, Quadrober Simulator every 8 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
