Mot facilitates the payment of regulated surface parking spaces with time limitations in participating municipalities through a single mobile application. There is no longer any need to look for the nearest parking meter to make the payment, because through the Mot app you can easily manage it. In addition, Mot offers other utilities related to urban mobility such as recharging electric vehicles or paying for parking in public parking lots in those municipalities that have this service. The application was born under the name Aparcar in 2016 in Reus. Currently, the Tarragona Provincial Council manages the Mot application through the autonomous body BASE-Gestió d'Ingressos.
Throne Clock

How long do you actually spend on the throne? Throne Clock times every session, logs the details, and turns weeks of data into insights about your gut — with zero judgment and a lot of humor. Start the timer when you sit. Stop it when you're done. That's it. Over time, Throne Clock quietly builds a picture of your digestive health that no doctor's visit could reconstruct from memory. — TIME EVERY SESSION — One tap starts the clock. See your live duration, then log it in seconds. No forms, no friction, no reason to skip a day. — LOG WHAT MATTERS — Record consistency, effort, urgency, and how you felt after. Add notes for anything unusual. Everything is optional — log as much or as little as you want. — INSIGHTS THAT ACTUALLY MEAN SOMETHING — Throne Clock turns your logs into readable trends: average duration, frequency by day of week, your most common times, longest and shortest sessions, and how your patterns shift over weeks and months. — YOUR FULL HISTORY — Every session is saved to a searchable log. Scroll back through weeks or months, filter by type, and see exactly what changed and when. — STREAKS AND STATS — Regularity is the whole point. Track your consistency streak and watch your stats build over time. — BUILT FOR PRIVACY — This is genuinely personal data. Throne Clock keeps it that way. No ads, no data selling, no sharing your bathroom habits with anyone. WHO IT'S FOR - Anyone tracking gut health, digestion, or fiber changes - People managing IBS, constipation, or irregularity who need real data for a doctor's appointment - Anyone on a new diet, medication, or supplement who wants to see the actual effect - Parents tracking potty training progress - People who just genuinely want to know how much of their life is spent in there WHY TRACK AT ALL? Digestive patterns are one of the clearest day-to-day signals your body sends, and they're almost impossible to remember accurately. "I think it's been a few days?" is not data. A month of logs is. Whether you're troubleshooting a problem, tuning your diet, or just curious, the record is far more useful than the memory. Throne Clock is a personal tracking and journaling tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. If something concerns you, talk to a healthcare professional. Download Throne Clock and start timing.
