The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Egg Face at none against My Kitten (Cat Simulator)'s 1. Egg Face also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). My Kitten (Cat Simulator)'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 41 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
