Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Православный Молитвослов + at none against Ваш Молитвослов's 1. Православный Молитвослов + also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (7.1 vs 15.6). Ваш Молитвослов's advantage is review sentiment (71% vs 48%) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ваш Молитвослов sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Православный Молитвослов + asks for nothing beyond the download.
Православный Молитвослов + holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ваш Молитвослов has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Православный Молитвослов +'s written reviews are positive against 71% of Ваш Молитвослов's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
