Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SupreFans at 4.1 against KPOP CHAT's 3.3. SupreFans also leads on ratings volume (202 vs 3) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.4). KPOP CHAT's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
