Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Moku at 100% against Oscilyzer's 75%. Moku also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.2). Oscilyzer's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.7) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Oscilyzer holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Moku's written reviews are positive against 75% of Oscilyzer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
